Soccer Recap: Shadow Ridge Comes Up Short

Shadow Ridge managed to keep up with Liberty until halftime on Tuesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Stallions came up short against the Lions, falling 4-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Liberty this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 8-0 last Saturday.

Shadow Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Liberty, the victory (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Shadow Ridge will take on O'Connor at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Shadow Ridge are facing O'Connor at the right time seeing as O'Connor are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Liberty, they will square off against Cibola at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
