Basketball Recap: Fordland Skates Past Richland with Ease

On Tuesday, everything came up roses for the Fordland Eagles against the Richland Bears as the squad secured an 82-42 win. That 40 point margin sets a new team best for the Eagles this season.

Fordland has also been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine contests, which provided a nice bump to their 9-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 72.7 points per game. As for Richland, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-13.

Fordland has already played their next matchup (against Stoutland), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Richland will face off against Climax Springs at 6:30 p.m. on February 4th. Climax Springs will roll in looking for their seventh straight victory, something Richland surely won't give up without a fight.
