Football Recap: Kress Takes a Loss

Kress lost against Nazareth back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Kangaroos were dealt a 58-8 loss at the hands of the Swifts. The game marked the Kangaroos' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Kress and nudges their season record down to 4-3. As for Nazareth, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 4-3 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Kress is set to face off against their familiar foe Happy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Nazareth will challenge rival Springlake-Earth at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
