Volleyball Recap: Lancaster Comes Up Short in High-Profile Match with Frontier

Lancaster faced Frontier in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Monday. The Legends took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Falcons. The Legends have struggled against the Falcons recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-18, 25-15, 23-25, 25-20.

Lancaster's defeat dropped their record down to 10-3. As for Frontier, their win was their sixth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 12-4.

Looking ahead, Lancaster is taking a road trip to challenge Grand Island at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Frontier does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
