Long Beach has no trouble against Perry Central

The Long Beach Bearcats had to endure a ten-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Everything went their way against Perry Central on Saturday as Long Beach made off with a 55-29 win. That 26 point margin sets a new team best for Long Beach this season.
Perry Central's loss came despite strong showings from Aydin Lawrence and Kaden Bolton. Lawrence scored 13 points along with five rebounds, while Bolton scored six points along with eight rebounds. Bolton has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last nine times he's played.
Long Beach's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-23. As for Perry Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 12-10.
Long Beach will head out on the road to challenge West Harrison at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Long Beach is coming into the matchup with five straight wins on the road, so West Harrison is out to stop a team with plenty of momentum. As for Perry Central, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against West Marion. Perry Central is facing West Marion at the right time seeing as West Marion is stuck on a 14-game losing streak.
