Trinity Christian won the last time they faced Columbus and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Lions had just enough and edged out the Blue Devils 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lions.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Trinity Christian got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 16-25, 15-10.

Adeline Earley paced Trinity Christian's offense, picking up nine kills. Earley got some help from Genna Rinkenberger and her 18 assists.

Trinity Christian's victory bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Columbus, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Trinity Christian has already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Landmark Christian on the 7th. As for Columbus, they will challenge Central at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
