Baseball Recap: Ambridge Bridgers vs. Neshannock Lancers

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Seton LaSalle, Ambridge was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They came out on top against the Neshannock Lancers by a score of 6-1.

Jack Perri tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run over five innings pitched.

At the plate, Nate Thomas was excellent, scoring a run while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Thomas, who scored two runs while going 2-for-3.

Ambridge's win ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-1. As for Neshannock, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
