Basketball Game Preview: West Davidson Dragons vs. Salisbury Hornets

West Davidson is 0-10 against Salisbury since February of 2020 but things could change on Tuesday. The West Davidson Dragons will look to defend their home court against the Salisbury Hornets at 6:00 p.m. West Davidson will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.

Last Friday, West Davidson got the win against East Davidson by a conclusive 62-41.

West Davidson found their leader in sophomore Motlei Stovall, who went 8 for 16 on her way to 27 points in addition to five boards and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stovall has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Meghan Leonard, who posted eight points along with eight rebounds and three steals.

Meanwhile, Salisbury didn't have quite enough to beat Parkland on Monday and fell 56-53.

West Davidson has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a massive bump to their 6-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.2 points per game. As for Salisbury, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-6.
