Flag Football Recap: Nash Central Victorious

It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Nash Central ultimately got the result they hoped for on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 8-6 win over the Hunt Warriors.

Nash Central's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-5. As for Hunt, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.

Looking ahead, Nash Central will take on Beddingfield at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. The Bulldogs are facing the Bruins at the right time seeing as the Bruins are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Hunt, they didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 21-19 win against North Johnston on the 13th.
