Softball Recap: North Eugene Takes a Loss

Friday just wasn't the day for North Eugene's offense. They came up short against the Churchill Lancers on Friday, falling 11-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Highlanders have suffered since April 7th.

North Eugene's loss dropped their record down to 12-9. As for Churchill, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 16-6.

While North Eugene had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.
