On Friday Weston Parrott pitched one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. The effort also marked the most strikeouts (two) Parrott has had since back in March. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his fourth in a row with less than two hits. This year, he has an ERA of 1.40 over 5 innings pitched.
