Baseball Recap: Manton Takes a Loss

The Manton Rangers came up short against the Mancelona Ironmen on Thursday and fell 6-3.

Manton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Mancelona, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

Coming up, Manton will take on Coleman at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The Comets have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 8.4 runs per game on average), something the Rangers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Mancelona, they will face off against Mio HomeSchool at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
