Basketball Recap: William Penn Takes a Loss

William Penn lost against DuPont back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The William Penn Colonials took a blow against the DuPont Tigers, falling 69-41.

William Penn has traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season. As for DuPont, they now have a winning record of 7-6.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. William Penn will face off against Odyssey Charter at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. William Penn is facing Odyssey Charter at the right time seeing as Odyssey Charter is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for DuPont, a feisty cat fight is on tap when the DuPont Tigers challenge the Howard Wildcats at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Howard will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something DuPont surely won't give up without a fight.
