On Friday, Bishop O'Connell faced Evergreen Christian in a battle between two of the state's top teams. The Bishop O'Connell Knights blew past the Evergreen Christian Eagles, posting a 77-44 win. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six matches by 33 points or more this season.

Shane Lincoln had a dynamite game for Bishop O'Connell, going 6 of 9 en route to 16 points along with five assists and five boards. Lincoln has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. Another player making a difference was Liam Koelsch, who went 6 of 10 en route to 13 points and five rebounds.

Lincoln wasn't the only one working in the assists department: Bishop O'Connell was working as a unit and finished the game with 17 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
