Soccer Recap: New Covenant Christian Comes Up Short

New Covenant Christian didn't have quite enough to beat Shalom Christian Academy on Saturday and fell 2-1. New Covenant Christian has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Akaiya Hershey, who's now up to three this season.

New Covenant Christian now has a losing record of 1-2-1. As for Shalom Christian Academy, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 3-0-1.

Coming up, New Covenant Christian is taking a road trip to square off against Christian School of York at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Shalom Christian Academy, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Delone Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
