Pueblo hadn't done well against Cienega recently (they were 0-7 in their previous seven matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Tuesday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Bobcats. This was a revenge game for the Warriors: when they faced off against the Bobcats back in September, they had to take a 3-0 defeat.

The final score came out to 25-16, 25-18, 25-21.

Isabella Carillo paced Pueblo's offense, picking up eight kills. Carillo got some help from Mia Beltran and her 19 assists. Finally, Brooklyn Rosthlenhauser-Espinoza kept Pueblo's defense grounded, leading the team with seven blocks.

The victory made it two in a row for Pueblo and bumps their season record up to 8-9. As for Cienega, their loss was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 9-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Pueblo will venture away from home to take on Pusch Ridge Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Cienega, they will head out to challenge Buena at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
