Union had won three straight home games and Wayke Olsen did his part to make it four on Wednesday. The Union Cougars escaped with a win against the Grantsville Cowboys by the margin of a single free throw, 68-67 thanks in part to Olsen, who dropped a double-double on 32 points and 11 rebounds. That's the most boards he has posted since back in January of 2024.
Another player making a difference was Tanner Womack, who went 5 for 10 en route to 10 points and three blocks. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more blocks the last four times he's played.
Despite the loss, Grantsville still got an impressive performance from Bryson Roberts, who posted 24 points along with six assists and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Dresden Jensen, who went 5 of 8 on his way to 10 points and seven rebounds.
