Baseball Recap: Everett Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Everett can now relate to. They came up short against the Okemos Wolves on Saturday, falling 13-1. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, with their most recent defeat being a 15-5 loss on May 5th.

Everett saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nolan Prevo, who went 2-for-4 with one RBI.

Everett's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Okemos, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 23-10.

Everett does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Okemos, their road trip will continue as they head out to face Grand Ledge at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
