Volleyball Recap: Cascade Ramblers vs. Salmon River Savages
Cascade was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Salmon River Savages, falling 3-0. The Ramblers were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Savages apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2023.
After all that action, the final score was 25-22, 25-15, 25-15.
Cascade's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Salmon River, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1.
Cascade will head out to challenge Council at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Salmon River, they will square off against Tri-Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. The two teams have been evenly matched recently as the teams are 5-5 against one another since October of 2018.
