Softball Recap: Bartlett Golden Bears vs. West Anchorage Eagles
Bartlett was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their eighth straight loss. They lost 8-0 to the West Anchorage Eagles. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Bartlett of the 20-10 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture last Thursday.
For West Anchorage's part, Olivia Byrd and Sofie Bernal did most of the damage at the plate: Byrd scored three runs while going 3-for-3, while Bernal scored a run and stole a base while going 3-for-3.
