Basketball Recap: McKenzie Takes a Loss

McKenzie was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 24th straight defeat dating back to last season. They lost 52-30 to the Mohawk Mustangs. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 51-21 on January 4th.

McKenzie's loss dropped their record down to 0-14. As for Mohawk, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 11-7.

McKenzie will square off against Crow at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. McKenzie is facing Crow at the right time seeing as Crow is stuck on a six-game losing streak. As for Mohawk, they will host Triangle Lake at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Triangle Lake will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Mohawk surely won't give up without a fight.
