Softball Recap: Mount Everett Regional Comes Up Short

Mount Everett Regional was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 24-12 to the Westfield Technical Academy Tigers. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly 12 runs.

Mount Everett Regional saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Emily Roskidany, who got on base in all four of her plate appearances with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Another was Hailey Warren, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one run.

Mount Everett Regional's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Westfield Technical Academy, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Mount Everett Regional will take on Holyoke at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Westfield Technical Academy, they will head out to square off against Southwick Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
