Woodmore barely beat Cardinal Stritch the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Wildcats put the hurt on the Cardinals with a sharp 16-5 victory on Saturday. The Wildcats have beaten the Cardinals the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Cardinals has come to flipping the script.

Cole Potridge was a standout: he went 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was Collin Perkins, who scored two runs and stole four bases while going 1-for-3.

Woodmore's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Cardinal Stritch, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-5.
