Basketball Game Preview: Carencro Bears vs. Lacassine Cardinals

Having just played yesterday, the Carencro Bears will head out on the road to face off against the Lacassine Cardinals at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Lacassine took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Carencro, who comes in off a win.

Carencro not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since January 28th (when they won 58-22). They blew past Bell City 61-38.

Meanwhile, Lacassine was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against Glenmora, falling 79-57.

Carencro skirted past Lacassine 65-62 in their previous meeting back in December of 2022. Will the Bears repeat their success, or do the Cardinals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
