Mountain Crest has gone 9-1 against Green Canyon recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Mustangs will be playing at home against the Wolves at 3:30 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with four consecutive losses for Mountain Crest and three for Green Canyon.

Last Friday, Mountain Crest came up short against West Field and fell 11-7.

Mountain Crest saw eight different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Sage Walker, who scored a run while going 2-for-3. Another was Dani Alexander, who scored a run while going 2-for-4.

Meanwhile, Wednesday just wasn't the day for Green Canyon's offense. They came up short against Bear River on Wednesday, falling 15-0.

Green Canyon's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Mountain Crest, their loss dropped their record down to 4-8.
