Volleyball Recap: Denver West Comes Up Short

Denver West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 3-1 to the Rocky Mountain Prep SMART Ocelotls.

Denver West started the match hot and won the first set, but they struggled down the stretch and lost the last three. The match finished with set scores of 23-25, 25-12, 25-21, 25-0.

Denver West's loss dropped their record down to 3-20. As for Rocky Mountain Prep SMART, their victory ended a nine-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-16.

As of now, neither Denver West nor the Ocelotls have any future games scheduled.
