Ethan Meadows Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Tompkins's Ethan Meadows, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Meadows rushed for 234 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.1 yards per carry. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.1 rushing touchdowns per game. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in two or more in the last four games he's played.
The win (which was Tompkins' third in a row) raised their record to 4-3. Meadows and Tompkins will head out on the road to face off against Seven Lakes at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Cinco Ranch came up short on Thursday despite Brayden Gonzalez delivering his best game to date. Gonzalez rushed for 108 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 carries. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 60 yards.
Cinco Ranch is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-6. Gonzalez and Cinco Ranch will be playing in front of their home fans against Mayde Creek at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.

Scott Eckel Turns in Season-Best Effort
Sadly, Scott Eckel posting his best game of the season wasn't enough to lead Cinco Ranch over Tompkins on Thursday. Eckel picked up 150 receiving yards and two touchdowns.
Tompkins had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Eckel it was a similar story. Back in September of 2023 (the last time Eckel saw the Falcons), he picked up 106 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

Adamoli Came Up Big in Cinco Ranch's 50-45 Loss
Charlie Adamoli posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Thursday. He threw for 265 yards and three touchdowns.
This year, Adamoli has thrown 14 touchdowns while averaging 200.8 passing yards per game.
