Softball Game Preview: Grove City Eagles vs. Mercer Mustangs

Grove City is 0-4 against Mercer since April of 2015 but things could change on Tuesday. Grove City will host Mercer at 4:00 p.m. Mercer took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Grove City, who comes in off a win.

Grove City lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Titusville, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Thursday's game. Grove City blew past Titusville 8-1 on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Mercer fell victim to Cochranton and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They came up short against the Cardinals, falling 6-0.

The win got Grove City back to even at 1-1. As for Mercer, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
