Rockdale County had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They blew past the Salem Seminoles 40-0 on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Bulldogs also won the last time the pair played back in August of 2024.

Rockdale County was led to victory by Deontae Burtts and Cameron Watkins. Burtts rushed for 73 yards and one TD on only six carries, while Watkins rushed for 79 yards and one score.all of that, rushing production came thanks to one massive run

Rockdale County's defense stepped up as well, laying out the QB six times. The heavy lifting was done by Dylan Turman and Jakobi Jones, who racked up five sacks between them.

Coming up, Rockdale County will challenge Forest Park at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Salem, they will take on Heritage at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
