Volleyball Recap: Peshtigo Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Peshtigo had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Green Bay West Wildcats as they made off with a 3-0 win.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-18, 25-10.

Camryn Brissette paced Peshtigo's offense, picking up 13 kills. Brissette got some help from Skylyn Baxter and her 18 assists. Brissette was also solid from the service line: she led the team with 11 aces.

When it comes to explaining why Green Bay West lost, don't look at Kendra Vang. Despite the final result, she had 17 digs.

Peshtigo's victory bumped their record up to 9-3. As for Green Bay West, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-7.

Looking ahead, Peshtigo will face off against Oconto at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Green Bay West, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Shawano Community at 7:00 p.m. on October 2.
