Volleyball Recap: Paris Gets the Win

Paris's tournament run continued when they took on Urbana University on Saturday. The Tigers walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Illineks.

Paris can attribute much of their success to Sara Staley, who had five digs and four aces. That's the most aces Staley has posted since back in October of 2024. Pailynne Camp also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Paris' win bumped their record up to 6-1. As for Urbana University, they are on a 20-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.

Paris wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Donovan on the 6th. As for Urbana University, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Westville on the 6th.
