Alexander had to kick off their season on the road on Tuesday, but they showed no ill effects. They came out on top against McAllen by a score of 3-1. The game was the first time Alexander has beaten McAllen on their court since October 31, 2017.

Alexander walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-14, 23-25, 25-17.

Looking ahead, Alexander will be taking part in a tournament against SA Roosevelt at 10:15 a.m. on Friday. As for McAllen, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Los Fresnos at 6:30 p.m.
