Volleyball Recap: Lincoln Has No Trouble Against Sioux City West

Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Lincoln walked away with it. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Sioux City West Wolverines on Tuesday. The Lynx not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0).

While Lincoln won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the second set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-16, 26-24, 25-15.

Among those leading the charge was Savannah Mohling, who had 11 digs and two aces. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six contests.

Lincoln's win bumped their record up to 9-27. As for Sioux City West, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-10.

Lincoln has already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Northwest on the 23rd. Sioux City West does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
