Softball Recap: Williamsville Comes Up Short

After flying high against Warrensburg-Latham on Thursday, Williamsville came back down to earth. The Bullets lost 10-2 to the Glenwood Titans on Friday. The Bullets were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in May of 2024.

Williamsville has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 17-13 record this season. As for Glenwood, they pushed their record up to 25-1 with the victory, which was their seventh straight on the road.

Williamsville does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Glenwood, they wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next match, a 20-1 win against Waterloo on the 17th.
