Basketball Recap: Kewaunee Continues Home Dominance on Monday

Kewaunee won the last time they faced Peshtigo and things went their way on Monday too. The Kewaunee Storm enjoyed a cozy 75-57 win over the Peshtigo Bulldogs. Given the Storm's advantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin basketball rankings (they are ranked 112th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 307th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Kewaunee pushed their record up to 13-5 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 23 points. As for Peshtigo, they have been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last ten contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 7-12 record this season.
