Soccer Recap: Fort Collins Falls Short of Ralston Valley in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Fort Collins can now relate to. They came up short against the Ralston Valley Mustangs on Tuesday, falling 3-0. The contest was a close 1-0 at the break, but unfortunately for Fort Collins it sure didn't stay that way.

Fort Collins' loss dropped their record down to 6-9-1. As for Ralston Valley, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 11-2-3.

Fort Collins does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Ralston Valley, they will look to defend their home pitch on Friday against Legacy at 6:00 p.m. Legacy will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Ralston Valley surely won't give up without a fight.
