Volleyball Recap: Lambert's Win Ends Five-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Lambert won the last time they faced Collins Hill and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Longhorns walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Eagles.

Lambert not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Collins Hill between 19 and 20 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-20.

Abby Kim and Kyndall Dupigny certainly did their best on Tuesday to avoid the loss. Kim had 13 digs and three assists, while Dupigny had three digs and two aces. Kim has been hot recently, having posted 12 or more digs the last three times she's played.

Lambert's win ended a five-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-9. As for Collins Hill, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lambert will venture away from home to challenge Denmark at 6:00 p.m. on the 28th. As for Collins Hill, they will take on North Gwinnett at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
