Baseball Recap: Noble Takes a Loss

Noble managed to slip by Kennebunk the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Knights lost 15-6 to the Rams on Monday.

Travis Cole was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-3 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one double. That double was his first of the season. Another player making a difference was Alec Hale, who went 1-for-3 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.

Noble's defeat dropped their record down to 7-7-1. As for Kennebunk, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-10.

Coming up, Noble will take on Bonny Eagle at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Scots have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Kennebunk does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
