Providence School benefitted from Powers in 7-1 victory
Kyle Powers was dynamite on Tuesday, striking out seven batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his sixth in a row with less than two walks allowed. On the season, Powers has an ERA of 2.05 over 30.7 innings pitched.
Powers and Providence School will head out on the road to square off against Episcopal School of Jacksonville at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
