Basketball Game Preview: Rockwell Christian School Chargers vs. Cramerton Christian Academy Crusaders

Rockwell Christian School is 1-9 against Cramerton Christian Academy since December of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Chargers will be home for the holidays to greet the Crusaders at 5:15 p.m.

Rockwell Christian School is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They fell just short of Victory Christian Academy by a score of 43-40 on Friday.

Despite their loss, Rockwell Christian School saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays. Kailey Leepard, who posted 16 points, was perhaps the best of all. The team also got some help courtesy of Isabelle Case, who scored 12 points.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Cramerton Christian Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They claimed a resounding 48-18 win over Tabernacle Christian. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four matchups by 30 points or more this season.

Rockwell Christian School's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Cramerton Christian Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.

Things could have been worse for Rockwell Christian School, but things could have been a whole lot better as they took a 43-29 loss to Cramerton Christian Academy when the teams last played back in January. Can the Chargers avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
