Carrboro entered their tilt with East Chapel Hill on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They blew past the Wildcats 8-1. The Jaguars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Wildcats, too.

Joe Smith was a major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over six innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits.
