Plainview waltzed into their matchup on Monday with seven straight wins... but they left with eight. They took their contest with ease, bagging a 59-24 win over the Neligh-Oakdale Warriors. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 37-14.

Kobe Maertins had an outrageously good game as he dropped a double-double with 16 points and ten boards. Those 16 points gave him a new career-high. Gage Walton was another key player, putting up nine points and five rebounds.

Plainview's victory bumped their record up to 12-5. As for Neligh-Oakdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.

Plainview will take on Laurel-Concord-Coleridge at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Neligh-Oakdale, they will square off against Bloomfield at 7:45 p.m. on the 10th.
