Basketball Game Preview: Perry Central Commodores vs. South Central Rebels

The Perry Central Commodores and the South Central Rebels will round out the year against one another at at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. Perry Central will be strutting in after a victory while South Central will be coming in after a defeat.

Perry Central is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Saturday as they easily beat Shoals 70-20. The Commodores have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five games by 20 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, South Central was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 57-52 to Henryville.

Perry Central pushed their record up to 8-4 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.6 points per game. As for South Central, their loss dropped their record down to 5-8.
