Basketball Game Preview: Carolina Academy Trojans vs. Berea Bulldogs

Carolina Academy hasn't had much luck against Berea recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Carolina Academy Trojans will be home for the holidays to greet the Berea Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Carolina Academy is headed into Thursday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 19th straight game dating back to last season on Tuesday. They took a hard 32-18 fall against Travelers Rest.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Trinity Mangle, who posted four points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, Berea unfortunately witnessed the end of their three-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Southside by a score of 41-38.

Carolina Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-8. As for Berea, their loss dropped their record down to 4-3.
