Basketball Recap: Priory's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

Priory came into Friday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Lutheran Cougars by a score of 56-45 on Friday. For the Ravens, this counts as revenge for the 64-39 victory the Cougars walked away with the last time they faced one another back in December of 2021.

Priory's win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Lutheran, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Priory and Marquette Catholic will compete for holiday cheer at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Lutheran, they will head out on the road to take on Miller Career Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
