It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Basha had no problem doing just that on Friday. Everything went their way against the Williams Field Black Hawks as they made off with a 33-10 win. The result was nothing new for the Bears, who have now won seven games by 22 points or more so far this season.

Noah Roberts continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 128 yards and three scores on only seven carries. That's the most rushing touchdowns he has posted since back in October of 2024.

Basha didn't let much get past them through the air: they limited Williams Field to a completion percentage of just 33.3%. That defensive display was nothing new: the Bears have limited their opponent to a lower and lower completion percentage in three consecutive contests.

When it comes to explaining why Williams Field lost, don't look at Courshawn Hill. Despite the final result, he rushed for 231 yards and one TD.

Basha's victory bumped their record up to 10-1. As for Williams Field, their loss dropped their record down to 8-4.

Coming up, Basha will square off against Liberty at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Lions will roll in looking for their tenth straight win, something the Bears surely won't give up without a fight. Williams Field does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
