AIMS College Prep picks up 11th straight win at home

Recap: AIMS College Prep Golden Eagles vs. Latitude Lynx

Make it eight blowout wins for the AIMS College Prep Golden Eagles this season. They simply couldn't be stopped on Tuesday as they easily beat Latitude 76-29 at home. The victory was nothing new for AIMS College Prep as they're now sitting on four straight.

Nahom Solomon was on fire: he dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten assists. Solomon is absolutely dominating the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Cedric Powell was another key contributor, scoring 21 points.

AIMS College Prep's victory was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 11-4. They've been dominating during the matchups in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 38.91 points. As for Latitude, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-3.

AIMS College Prep will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Leadership Public Schools Richmond at 6:00 p.m. Latitude will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Aspire Richmond Ca. College Preparatory Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 29th.
