            Volleyball Recap: Dover-Eyota Eagles vs. Alden-Conger Knights        
        
		
        
        
            Dover-Eyota was the  2-0 winner over Alden-Conger when they last played one another  back in September, but their luck changed this time around. The Eagles took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights on Saturday.
 Shelby Clark paced Dover-Eyota's offense, picking up six kills. Clark got some help from  Lauren Peck and her 15 assists.  Faith Kurtz and  Kaylee Seitz kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with four aces apiece.
Dover-Eyota's defeat dropped their record down to 13-7. As for Alden-Conger, their win bumped their record up to 15-5-1.
 Dover-Eyota wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  loss against Kasson-Mantorville on the 4th. Alden-Conger has also already played their next  match (against Le Sueur-Henderson), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
