John Stoltzfus commands the offense for Patriots win

Recap: Chestertown Christian Academy Patriots vs. Fairwinds Christian Knights

The Chestertown Christian Academy Patriots scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Monday. They came out on top against Fairwinds Christian by a score of 72-60. The victory was familiar territory for Chestertown Christian Academy who now have five in a row.

Chestertown Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but John Stoltzfus led the charge by dropping a double-double on 16 points and 20 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Stoltzfus has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Brian Lloyd, who scored 22 points.

Despite the loss, Fairwinds Christian saw an underclassman step up: Jaiden Rajis scored 26 points along with eight rebounds and three blocks. Rajis hasn't dropped below two steals for four straight games. Levi Rajis was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with five rebounds.

Chestertown Christian Academy's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Fairwinds Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Coincidentally, Chestertown Christian Academy and Fairwinds Christian will both be playing Calvary Christian Academy the next time they take the court. Fairwinds Christian will host Calvary Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Chestertown Christian Academy will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
