Benton won the last time they faced Russellville and things went their way on Saturday too. The Panthers came out on top against the Cyclones by a score of 2-0.

Sahara Stamps paced Benton's offense, picking up six kills. Stamps got some help from Lexi Eidt and her eight assists. Vivian Hope controlled things from the service line, finishing with three aces.

Benton's win bumped their record up to 16-7. As for Russellville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-12-1 record this season.

Benton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 victory against Baptist Prep on the 11th. Russellville has also already played their next matchup (against Farmington), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
